PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS WHOLE DOCUMENT BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET BELOW. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFICATION AND ANY SAID MODIFICATIONS WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS. YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

The content on this site, such as text and all graphics are the property of Rangeover or its distributors and are protected by international copyright laws. Any use of the materials appearing on this website will violate copyright, trademark and all other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. The software used on Rangeover are protected by international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or republished.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized and pre-approved by Rangeover and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 5 days after the product has been received.

All approved returns must be returned to Rangeover or distributor in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging. Please ensure that the products that are being returned are well packaged, refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged on the way back to Rangeover In the event that damage does occur to the product(s), a refund will be issued when the proper claims have been settled with the carrier.

Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment which will then be returned to the customer at his/her expense.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Some products may be damaged during transit.

Please inspect the contents of all packages in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been properly inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, do not sign for the package. If a package is refused it must have considerable damage for a credit to be issued. ‘Considerable damage’ shall be determined by Rangeover Refusal of a non-damaged item will result in NO credit being issued. Please call Rangeover or distributor within 24-hours to request a claim form to be filed. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

WARRANTY/LIABILITY

All products that are sold come “as is” to the customer. Rangeover does not offer a warranty on any of these parts that are sold. Rangeover is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these installed parts.

Reinforcements and any other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the consumer Rangeover will not be responsible for your actions. It is imperative to follow guidelines given by DVD and other when installing the kit.

INSTALLATION OF PARTS

All body kits are manufactured with 100% fibreglass (Unless otherwise noted). Due to the material used in the production of these parts, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling of gaps, or other body work. We recommend a qualified technician to fit the products we sell. Please see our FAQ section for more information.

BACKORDERS

If the product is in stock, it may be shipped within the same week. Most body kits orders take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, notes, illustrations and images reproduced on Rangeover are the copyright of the author and are protected by intellectual property law worldwide. In accordance with the provisions of Intellectual Property legislation, private use only is permitted and any other use without the prior authorisation of Rangeover is an infringement of the author's copyright and a violation of intellectual property rights.

RESPONSIBILITY

All products offered for sale are subject to the requirements of English law. Rangeover cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet the requirements of the legislation of any other country where products are delivered. Rangeover cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, political upheaval, total or partial strike action affecting in particular postal services, transportation and/or communications services, flood and fire.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be construed and performed in accordance with and shall be governed by English law and you should submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
